STEP-1 Find Vehicle & Confirm Order

Search your required car from high quality Japanese used vehicles ready to export at fair prices in our stock list / Auctions . Check all photos and complete vehicle details, specifications and inspection sheet to know actual vehicle condition.

STEP-2 Make a deposit of JPY 100,000 or USD1000

Registered users have to make a deposit of JPY 100,000 or USD 1000 in order to use live car auction control panel.The deposit amount will be deducted from vehicle price you purchase. For Failed biddings, we will return your deposit or you can use it for the next bid.If bid is won, we will send you the invoice.

STEP-3

Minimum of 30% deposit of the Total C&F is required for the shipment to be processed. Rest of the 70% payment to be made before arrival of the ship.

Further Discounts are given for 100% payment prior to the Exportation. Must be a one time payment for this discount to take place ensuring the banking charges are saved for both the Exporter and the Importer.

STEP-4

Once the Shipment has been ordered, an SO (Shipping Order, BL draft) will be supplied to the customer, the customer is responsible to inform any change of consignee at this point of the stage.

STEP-5

When final balance is confirmed at our account, all necessary documentation for the import process will be sent via DHL to the appointed address given from the buyer. The DHL tracking Number will be informed when dispatched.

STEP-6

Receive & get your vehicle registered in your country. You can hire a clearing agent to complete all import procedures and assit you on the fees and taxes to be paid while custom clearance. Complete the procedures and enjoy your New Vehicle.
